Measure your feet from heel to toe. Our sizes are true to match and size we give are the inner sole sizes so its important you get this right

Compare it with our size guide
Each product listing of ours will have a size guide link near the EU Sizes. This page will have sizes in EU (Which is the measurement we use and converting chart to AU, US and also MM). We recommend checking the EU to MM size to make sure you get accurate measurement.
