Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For customers located in Australia we just need you to post the goods back to POBOX 2301 Moorabbin Vic 3189. Once it is posted please share your tracking details with us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you shipping from overseas please check the return address with us and we will share it with you.
If you need to exchange the product due to size or design then please just post the goods back to us and when we get them we will contact you to check the correct size and will arrange posting out the new goods to you. You may have to pay a restocking fee of $9.95 and shipping fees of $9.95 for the new product but that will be conveyed to you by our sales team.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the product has been worn and damaged we cannot accept a return.
A restocking fee will be charged on all returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty. The fee is $9.95 AUD for Australia and New Zealand Customers and $7.95 USD for all other countries.
