Who pays the shipping cost?
If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect size selection then the shipping cost is paid by customer. IF the product is faulty or we did a mistake in shipping incorrect product/size we will cover shipping cost
Faulty Product return
In the event that the shoes reach you and they are faulty occassionally we may ask for a return of those shoes. If the shoes are faulty we will ask you to send us photos/video of the problem you facing and if we cannot assist with the fault we will send you a return label to ship them back to us. Once we get them back we will ship out a new pair or give full refund if the fault is evident.
Exchange Product
If you need to exchange the product its very important not to use the product and you email us immediately within 14 days to info@ledlegs.com from the day you receive the product to arrange the exchange. All you need to do is email us the order number and what size you want to exchange to. Please refer to the size chart below for more help in selecting correct size.

Main Policy Requirements
Damaged products
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods if they are damaged. If you notify us after 30 days of receiving the goods even if they have not been used we may refuse the returns.
Return Shipping with tracking
Once we have discussed of a return with you the shoes need to be shipped out within 14 days back to us and tracking number needs to be provided. If the shoes are not shipped out within 14 days with a valid tracking number we may refuse to accept them.
NON returnable items
If the item is used or worn then we may not accept the returns so please check with us before sending such an item back to us.
Proof of purchase
All returns must have order number on a paper or print out of order invoice with them to assist with easier return process.
