Best way to select size is measure foot heel to toe and select in CM and go one size up. To make things simple all our shoes have heel to toe CM size and EU sizes mentioned.

Shoes do not coming box! Come in protective bag + USB charger. Instructions on how to use the shoes are provided.
** USE Instruction: - Switch Button is hidden inside the pull strap on back of the heel. Press red button to turn on the light and change the lighting modes. Press the same button and hold for 3 seconds to turn off the light.
Charging Instruction: -Please charge the shoes 1-3 hours when you receive them. -Power durable time: 5-7 hours(different shinning modes consume power differently) -Make sure the USB cable head is in the correct direction when charging, so as not to damage the charging port.

Ordered two pairs as a Christmas present. Both arrived with the lights not working. I had to go to long lengths to get replacements sent. This involved sending multiple videos of the issue. Only one replacement arrived in time as I was notified that there was a quality issue with the other replacement. I was then notified that I had to choose another model. When I chose one I was told that they had no stock. Eventually we agreed on another type. The shoe mailed was too small. The shoes look and feel cheaply made. Wish I never ordered through this company.
VERY DODGE SELLER, BOUGHT WRONG SIZE BUT COULD NEITHER RETURN NOR EXCHANGE DUE TO THEIR HIGH “RESTOCKING FEE” AND RETURN COST, ALMOST EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF A PAIR OF SHOES. THEY JUST MADE YOU NO WAY TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
