Shipping Policy
We are super excited in getting the goods shipped out to you asap. We normally get your goods packed and shipped out of our warehouse quickly and it can take between 7-21 days to reach your home. Occasionally due to reasons out of our control it may take longer but all your goods come with a tracking number and we are here to help.
Once you order is shipped we will arrange and send out the tracking details to you to make it really simple to find out where you goods have reached.
Your product is shipped from either Australia or Hong Kong depending on where we have the stock available. Shipping costs are very simple on our website and will be displayed on check out page. If you are shopping over $70 USD shipping will be free otherwise the cost will be only $9.99.
We do not offer local pickup for our Australian customers and all products will only be shipped with couriers. If you have questions relating returns or refund policy please refer to the footer section.
Occasionally customs and seasonal affects can delay shipping which is outside our control but we always try out best to make sure you get the goods asap.
